John Alexander "Sean" Hannay

John Alexander HannayJohn Alexander “Sean” Hannay is an associate specializing in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury/wrongful death, premises liability, consumer law, and contract suits.

Mr. Hannay has represented hundreds of clients over the past five years in a variety cases, serving as lead counsel for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has extensive jury trial experience and has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution settings. Additionally, he has served as corporate counsel for several small businesses and provided estate services for his clients.

A native of Athens, Georgia, Mr. Hannay is a graduate of Oglethorpe University, receiving his B.S. in biology in 2000. While attending Oglethorpe, he was a member of the school’s cross-country, basketball, and track & field teams, earning All-Conference honors in track &field in 2000. After working in health care for three years, Mr. Hannay attended Georgia State University College of Law, earning his J.D. in 2006. Prior to joining L. David Wolfe, P.C., Mr. Hannay was an associate for Buckley King LPA.
